CITY OF HUGO <br />DRAFT RESOLUTION 2000 - 27 <br />APPROVING SITE PLAN AND VARIANCE FOR WILSON TOOL FOR A <br />BUILDING ADDITION ON PROPERTY LOCATED AT 12912 FARNHAM ROAD <br />WHEREAS, Wilson Tool has requested approval of a site plan and variance to allow <br />construction of a 54,000 square foot building and parking lot addition on property legally <br />described as follows: <br />Northeast quarter of the northeast quarter of Section 31, Township 31, Range 21, <br />Washington County, Minnesota; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the site plan at a duly called Public <br />Meeting and recommends approval, and; <br />WHEREAS, the Board of Zoning Adjustment has reviewed the variance request and <br />recommends approval. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br />THE CITY OF HUGO, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the site <br />plan and variance for Wilson Tool on property located at 12912 Farnham Road, subject <br />to the following conditions: <br />A site plan is approved to allow construction of a 54,000 square foot building <br />addition, in accordance with the plans and application received by the City on August <br />7, 2000, except as amended by this resolution. <br />2. A variance is approved to allow a 25 -foot setback from the rear property line (east <br />property adjoining the railroad tracts), in accordance with the plans and application <br />received by the City on August 7, 2000. <br />3. Prior to issuance of a building permit, the applicant shall submit a landscaping plan in <br />conformance with ordinance standards. <br />
