CITY OF HUGO <br />RESOLUTION 2000 - 28 <br />APPROVING PRELIMINARY PLAT AND SITE PLAN FOR SCHWIETERS <br />CONSTRUCTION FOR PROPERTY LOCATED EAST OF FENWAY AVE AND <br />SOUTH OF 14e STREET <br />WHEREAS, Schwieters Construction has requested approval of a preliminary plat and <br />site plan to allow construction of two 45,000 square foot buildings and related site <br />improvements on property legally described as follows: <br />Outlot A, Bald Eagle Industrial Park 3'd Addition <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said preliminary plat and site plan at <br />a duly called Public Hearing and recommends approval of the preliminary plat and site <br />plan, and; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br />THE CITY OF HUGO, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the <br />preliminary plat and site plan for Schwieters Construction on property located east of <br />Fenway Ave. and south of 140' Street, subject to the following conditions: <br />1. A preliminary plat is approved to allow the creation of two lots, in accordance with <br />the plans and application received by the City on August 14, 2000. <br />2. A site plan is approved to allow construction of two 45,000 square foot buildings, in <br />accordance with the plans and application received by the City on August 14, 2000, <br />except as amended by this resolution. <br />3. Cross access and maintenance agreements shall be prepared for the shared driveway <br />located along the common lot line. The agreement shall be recorded prior to issuance <br />of building permits. <br />
