W ` <br />CITY OF HUGO <br />RESOLUTION 2000 — 34 <br />APPROVING FINAL PLAT AND DEVELOPMENT/TIF AGREEMENT FOR <br />SCHWIETERS CONSTRUCTION FOR PROPERTY LOCATED EAST OF FENWAY <br />AVE AND SOUTH OF 140TH STREET <br />WHEREAS, Schwieters Construction has requested approval of a final plat and <br />development/TIF agreement on property legally described as follows: <br />Outlot A, Bald Eagle Industrial Park 3`d Addition <br />WHEREAS, the proposed final plat is substantially consistent with the approved <br />preliminary plat, and; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br />THE CITY OF HUGO, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the final <br />plat and development/TIF agreement for Schwieters Construction on property located <br />east of Fenway Ave. and south of 140' Street, subject to the following conditions: <br />1. A final plat is approved to allow the creation of two lots and two outlots, in <br />accordance with the plat received by the City on September 13, 2000. <br />2. Cross access and maintenance agreements shall be prepared for the shared driveway <br />located along the common lot line. The agreement shall be recorded prior to issuance <br />of building permits. <br />3. Standard Conditions: <br />A. Compliance with City Engineer's Memo. <br />B. Compliance with Rice Creek Watershed District requirements. <br />C. Compliance with the Fire Chiefs requirements regarding fire flow <br />calculations, the location of fire hydrants, fire department connections, and <br />fire lane signage. <br />
