V <br />RESOLUTION 2000 - 46 <br />REVISING THE CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR DANIEL AND ELAINE <br />RAMBERG FOR HORSE TRAINING AND BOARDING FACILITIES FOR <br />PROPERTY LOCATED AT 5676 -170TH STREET NORTH <br />WHEREAS, Daniel and Elaine Ramberg have requested a revision to the conditional use <br />permit for horse training and boarding facilities on property legally described as follows: <br />Insert Legal Description <br />WHEREAS, the revision does not result in a substantive change to the approved <br />conditional use permit; but rather, is intended to clarify the purpose and intent of <br />condition 5. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br />THE CITY OF HUGO, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the <br />revision to the conditional use permit for Daniel and Elaine Ramberg on property located <br />at 5676-170x` Street North. The revised conditional use permit shall be subject to the <br />following conditions: <br />1. A conditional use permit is approved for horse training and boarding facilities, in <br />accordance with the plans and application received by the City on August 28, 2000. <br />2. The conditional use permit for the horse training and boarding facilities is in addition <br />to the existing conditional use permit for the rodeo and tack shop. Any ancillary <br />events or operations shall be directly related to the primary uses identified in the <br />conditional use permits. <br />3. The applicant shall obtain all necessary state and local permits, and said permits are <br />not abrogated by the issuance of the conditional use permit. <br />4. The number of horses boarded on the property shall not exceed 125 horses. <br />5. The conditional use permit is for the 182 acres included in the application dated <br />August 28, 2000. If the amount of land area devoted to the conditional use permit is <br />reduced, the City shall review the conditional use permit for consistency with <br />ordinance standards. <br />
