The proposed operation would not damage or reduce the benefits from <br />any public waters, including Hardwood Creek which runs through the subject <br />property. The horse training and boarding facilities are over 1,000 feet from <br />Hardwood Creek and are located outside of the floodplain. <br />i. The use of watercraft on public waters. The proposed use would not involve the <br />use of watercraft. <br />j. All structures shall be screened from view of public waters. The horse training <br />and boarding facilities are not visible from Hardwood Creek. <br />k. Wetland impacts. The proposed use would not impact any wetlands. <br />1. All state and local permits shall be acquired for the conditional use. The <br />applicant will be responsible for obtaining all state and local permits. <br />in. Adequate screening and bufferingfrom non -compatible uses and public rights-of- <br />way.
