RESOLUTION 2000-52 <br />Resolution recognizing Debra Barnes for her years of public service to the <br />City of Hugo, Minnesota. <br />WHEREAS, <br />Debra Barnes served on the Hugo Planning Commission from <br />January, 1988 to October 1991; and <br />WHEREAS,' <br />Debra Barnes served'on the Hugo City Council from October 21, <br />1991 to December 31, 2000; and <br />WHEREAS, <br />Debra Barnes served on the Board of Zoning -Adjustments from <br />May, 1990 to December, 1993; and <br />WHEREAS, <br />Debra Barnes served on the Dog Ordinance Committee in 1995; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, <br />Debra Barnes served as the Council Representative to the Fire Hall <br />Building Committee in 1996; and <br />WHEREAS, <br />Debra Barnes served on the committee to establish road <br />improvement criteria in 1999; and <br />WHEREAS, <br />Debra Barnes has been an active citizen involved in many of the <br />City projects which have improved the community; and <br />WHEREAS, <br />The Hugo City Council wishes to formally recognize Debra Barnes <br />for her loyalty and 13 years of dedicated service to the citizens of <br />Hugo. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Hugo officially recognize <br />Debra Barnes for her meritorious service as a member of the Hugo Planning Commission <br />and the Hugo City Council and publicly thank her for her 13 years of dedicated service to <br />the City of Hugo. <br />Adopted this I e day of December, 2000 <br />�4.5 <br />Walter Stoltman, <br />Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />Mary,A0 Creager, <br />City <br />
