RESOLUTION 1999-5 <br />A RESOLUTION REQUIRING ALL APPLICATIONS FOR DEVELOPMENT <br />COST REIMMURSEMENT UNDER THE CITY'S PRIVATE <br />DEVELOPMENT COST SHARING POLICY BE SUBMITTED <br />IN WRITING PRIOR TO FINAL PLAT APPROVAL <br />WHEREAS, on May 18, 1998, the City Council adopted a policy creating a <br />uniform system to consider reimbursing private developers the costs they incur <br />constructing public improvements benefiting other property owners; and <br />WHEREAS, applications for such reimbursement, when they occur after the fact, <br />limit Council discretion in determining the relative importance and advisability of <br />constructing such improvements; <br />NOW THERE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />HUGO, WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA, that the City shall only consider <br />written applications for the reimbursement of private development costs when applications <br />for such reimbursement are received prior to the Council's approval of the final plat, or <br />other final development plan for which the improvements are being constructed. <br />Upon roll call, members voting AYE: Barnes, Haas, Stoltzman <br />Voting NAY: None <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared passed and adopted this 16th day of February, <br />1999. <br />Walter L.
