EXHIBITB <br />NOTICE OF CALL FOR REDEMPTION <br />GENERAL OBLIGATION IMPROVEMENT <br />BONDS, SERIES 1988A <br />CITY OF HUGO, <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that by order of the City Council of the <br />City of Hugo, Washington County, Minnesota, there have been <br />called for redemption and prepayment on <br />September 1, 1998 <br />those outstanding bonds of the City designated as General <br />Obligation Improvement Bonds, Series 1988A, dated September 1, <br />1988, having stated maturity dates in the following years, <br />totalling $600,000 in principal amount and having CUSIP numbers <br />listed below: <br />Year CUSIP Number* <br />1999 <br />2000 <br />2001 <br />2002 <br />2003 <br />2004 <br />2005 <br />The bonds are being called at a price of par plus accrued <br />interest to September 1, 1998, on which date all interest on said <br />bonds will cease to accrue. Holders of the bonds hereby called <br />for redemption are requested to present their bonds for payment, <br />at Firstar Trust Company, Milwaukee, Wisconsin, as agent for <br />Firstar Bank of Minnesota, N.A., successor to American Bank <br />National Association (formerly, American National Bank and Trust <br />Company), Attn: Corporate Trust Services, 1555 North RiverCentre <br />Drive, Suite 301, in Milwaukee, Wisconsin 53212, on or before <br />September 1, 1998. <br />*The City shall not be responsible for the selection of or use of <br />the CUSIP numbers, nor is any representation made as to their <br />correctness indicated in the notice.
