EXHIBIT C <br />NOTICE OF CALL FOR REDEMPTION <br />GENERAL OBLIGATION IMPROVEMENT <br />BONDS OF 1991 <br />CITY OF HUGO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY <br />MINNESOTA <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that by order of the City Council of the <br />City of Hugo, Washington County, Minnesota, there have been <br />called for redemption and prepayment on <br />August 1, 1998 <br />those outstanding bonds of the City designated as General <br />Obligation Improvement Bonds of 1991, dated January 16, 1991, <br />having stated maturity dates in the following years, totaling <br />$860,000 in principal amount, and having CUSIP numbers listed <br />below: <br />1999 <br />444582 <br />DM9 <br />2000 <br />444582 <br />DN7 <br />2001 <br />444582 <br />DP2 <br />2002 <br />444582 <br />DQO <br />2003 <br />444582 <br />DR8 <br />2004 <br />444582 <br />DS6 <br />2005 <br />444582 <br />DT4 <br />2006 <br />444582 <br />DUI <br />2007 <br />444582 <br />DV9 <br />The bonds are being called at a price of par plus accrued <br />interest to August 1, 1998, on which date all interest on said <br />bonds will cease to accrue. The City will deposit federal or <br />other immediately available funds sufficient for such redemption <br />at the office of The Depository Trust Company, successor to <br />Midwest Securities Trust Company, on or before August 1, 1998. <br />The City shall not be responsible for the selection of or <br />use of the CUSIP numbers, nor is any representation made as <br />to their correctness indicated in the notice.
