RESOLUTION NO. 1998 - 15 <br />CITY OF HUGO <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING FENWAY BOULEVARD/AVENUE <br />STREET, WATER, SEWER, STORM WATER AND RELATED IMPROVEMENTS <br />WHEREAS, after due call and Notice of Public Hearing on the <br />construction of Fenway Boulevard/Avenue, including necessary <br />street, water, sewer, storm water and related improvements for the <br />City of Hugo, Minnesota, hearing on said improvements was duly held <br />and Council heard all persons desiring to be heard on the matter <br />and fully considered same. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council for the <br />City of Hugo, Washington County, Minnesota as follows: <br />1. It is advisable, expedient and necessary that said <br />improvements as described in the Notice of Hearing and feasibility <br />report herein be constructed, and the same are hereby ordered made. <br />2. The improvements described in said Notice of Hearing are <br />hereby designated and shall be known as the Fenway Boulevard/Avenue <br />Improvements of 1998. <br />3. The city engineers, O.S.M., Inc., are hereby directed to <br />complete the final plans and specifications (previously ordered) <br />for said improvements. <br />4. The City Council shall let the contract for all or part <br />of the work for said improvements or order all or part of the work <br />done by day labor or otherwise as authorized by Minnesota Statutes, <br />Section 429.041, Subd. 2, within one (1) year of the date of this <br />resolution ordering said improvements. <br />The Motion for the adoption of this resolution was made by <br />Member Debra Barnes duly seconded by Member Andrew Goiffon and upon <br />a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Warren Arcand, Debra Barnes, Andrew Goiffon, James Leroux, Fran <br />Miron <br />And the following voted against the same: NONE <br />Whereupon said Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted this <br />4th day of May, 1998. <br />Fran ron, Mayor <br />Mary r <br />Creager, Cit6ylerk <br />
