Resolution 1997-11 <br />Page 2 <br />a. have adequate storm water drainage capacity, <br />b. have adequate safe water supply, <br />c. have adequate road capacity available to serve development, <br />d. have adequate sewage disposal capacity, <br />e. be consistent with the City's Comprehensive Plan, <br />f. be consistent with environmental protection policies, <br />g. have adequate municipal service facilities (parks, recreation, public safety, etc.), <br />h. be contiguous with existing MUSA <br />3. Developers must hold the City harmless should limitations on sewer hookups and or MUSA <br />land reserve be imposed. <br />4. Preliminary plan approval does not insure including a property in the MUSA. <br />S. MUSA Reserve shall only be allocated for the net buildable area of a development. <br />6.
