Signs shall be posted at all trail entrances to Hugo stating that it is unlawful to <br />operate a snowmobile in the City during the following times: Sunday through <br />Thursday from 11:00 PM to 6:30 AM the following morning, Saturday and <br />Sunday from LOOAM to to 6:30 AM. <br />7. The operator shall be responsible for any damage done to public drainage <br />channels due to the use of the trail, and shall repair the channels as directed by the <br />City. <br />8. The City recognizes that the trail will cross City owned property surrounding <br />the Catholic Cemetery. As a safety precaution, the operator will emplace fencing <br />or other barrier material approved by the City Engineer to separate the trail from <br />the construction site of the new post office. <br />9. The City reserves the right to adjust the conditions of, or rescind this permit if it <br />determines that the terms and conditions contained herein are insufficient to <br />protect the publics health, safety or welfare, or that these conditions are not being <br />adhered to by the operator. <br />Upon roll call, the following voting AYE: Agness, Goiffon, Leroux, Miron <br />Voting NAY: Debra Bames <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared passed and adopted this 2nd day of <br />December, 1996 <br />Fran on, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />MaryAdd Creager, City k <br />
