RESOLUTION 1995-20 <br />ARESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT <br />(0AKSHORE PARK SUBDIVISION) <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the Council adopted November 6, <br />1995, a report has been prepared by City Engineer, Tom Angus, with <br />reference to the improvement of real property abutting on the west side of <br />Exhall Avenue North, from the north line of Qakshore Park Subdivision to <br />the intersection with 126th Street North, on 126th Street North, from the <br />intersection with Exhall Avenue North, west to the intersection with Ethan <br />Avenue North, on 126th Street Court North, from the intersection with <br />126th Street North, south to the southern point of the cul-de-sac, and on <br />Ethan Avenue North, from the north line of 0akshore Park Subdivision south <br />to the south line of Qakshore Park Subdivision, and Europa Avenue, from <br />126th Street to the south lime of the Oakshore Park subdivision, and Ethan <br />Avenue, south to the intersection of 122nd Street and Everton Avenue, by <br />the extension of municipal water mains, water service lines, sanitary <br />sewer mains, sanitary sewer service lines, reconstruction of streets, curb <br />and gutter, and storm sewer, and this report was received by the Council <br />on November 20, 1995. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BEITRESOLVED BYTHE CITY COUNCIL OFTHE CITY OF HUGO, <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA: <br />1. The Council will consider the improvement of such streets in <br />accordance with the report and the assessment of abutting property for <br />all or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota <br />Statutes Chapter 429 at an estimated cost of the improvement of <br />2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement of the 0th <br />day of January, 1996, in the Council chambers of the City Hall at 7:00 <br />PM, and the Clerk shall give mailed and published notice of -such <br />hearing and improvement as required by law. <br />Upon roll call, following members voting AYE: Barnes, Goiffon, LaValle, <br />Leroux, Miron <br />Voting MAY: NONE <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared passed and adopted this 20th day of <br />November, 1995. <br />' <br />Fk.apt"filiron, Mayor <br />Mary Creagert C i611 Clerk <br />
