« <br />^ <br />RESOLUTION 94-10 <br />RESOLUTION CHANGING STREET NAME IWTHE COUNTRY PONDS SUBD. <br />WHEREAS, the City of Hugo has adopted the Uniform Street Naming and <br />Property Numbering System for Washington County by ordinancev and <br />WHEREAS, the City has approved the Country Ponds Subdivision, <br />recorded by the Washington County Recorder as document #003257 on the 6th <br />day of June, 19941, at 1:29 PM, and <br />WHEREAS, the Country Ponds Subdivision, as approved and recorded, had <br />a certain street named "136th Street". which is not in conformance with <br />the City's Uniform Street Naming System. and <br />WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of public safety and convenience <br />to maintain a consistent street -naming system to insure prompt response of <br />emergency vehicles, when such is necessary, and to aid the public in <br />commercial and social activities; <br />NOW» THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BYTHE CITY COUNCIL QFTHE CITY OF HUGO, <br />WASHINGTON COQNlFY, MINNESOTA, That the name of that street recorded as <br />"136th Street", located in the Country Ponds Subdivision in the SW 1/4 of <br />the NW 1/4 and the NW 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Section 29, T31N, R21W, <br />Washington County, MW., be changed to "134th Street" in accordance with <br />the City's Uniform Street Naming System. <br />Upon roll call, voting AYE: Debra Barnes.. Bernard Brunotte, James Leroux, <br />Fran Miron. Walter Stoltzman <br />Voting NAY: NONE <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared passed and adopted this 5th day of <br />July, 1994. <br />Walter L.
