RESOLUTION 1993-2 <br />A RESOLUTION DECLARING THE ADEQUACY OF PETITION <br />AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT. <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HUGO, WASHINGTON COUNTY, <br />1. A certain petition requesting the improvement of 130th Street from the <br />west line of Falcon Avenue to the east line of the Burlington Northern <br />Railroad right-of-way on Farnham Avenue from the north line of 130th <br />Street to the north line of 128th Street, filed with the Council on <br />March 30, 1993, is hereby declared to be signed by the required <br />percentage of owners of property affected thereby. This declaration <br />is made in conformity to Minnesota Statutes, Section 429.035. <br />2. The petition is hereby referred to Howard Kuusisto, City Engineer, and <br />he is instructed to report to the Council with all convenient speed, <br />advising the Council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed <br />improvement is feasible, and as to whether it should best be made as <br />proposed or in connection with some other improvement, and the <br />estimated cost of the improvement, as recommended. <br />Upon roll call, members voting AYE: Barnes, Brunotte, Leroux, Miron, <br />Stoltzman <br />Voting NAY: None <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared passed and adopted this 5th day of <br />April, 1993. <br />Walter Stoltzman.f Mayor <br />Ma Creager, City er��k- <br />15�1 C t,7� <br />
