RESOLUTION 1992-8 <br />| RESOLUTION DECLARING ADEQUACY OF PETITION <br />| AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT <br />BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Hugo, Washington <br />County, Mipnesota, as follows: <br />1. A certain petition requesting the improvement of Henna Avenue between <br />the sotith line of 180th Street and the north line of 170th Street, by <br />the improvement of bituminous surfacing and related improvements, <br />filed with the Council on March 16, 1992, is hereby declared to be <br />signed by the required percentage of owners of property affected <br />thereby. This declaration is made in conformity to Minnesota Statute, <br />Sectiori 429.035. <br />2. The peition is hereby referred to Howard Kuusisto, City Engineer, and <br />he is nstructed to report to the Council with all convenient speed, <br />advisi g the Council in a preliminary way, as to whether the proposed <br />improv ment is feasible, and as to whether it should best be made as <br />proposTd or in connection with some other improvement, and the <br />estimated cost of the improvement as recommended. <br />Upon roll call, the following members voting AYE: Barnes, Brunotte, <br />niron, Sro rzman <br />Voting NAYi Mone <br />Whereupon aid resolution was declared passed and adopted this 6th day of <br />April, 199;. <br />� <br />� <br />Walter L.
