<br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TRANSFER/SALE OF WILLIAM WITTMAN PROPERTY
<br />WHEREAS, on August 3, 1992, the Hugo City Council approved the subdivision
<br />of That part of the N1/2 of the NW1/4 of Section 22, T31N, R21W,
<br />Washington County, Minnesota, described as follows:
<br />Beginning at the North quarter corner of Sec. 22; thence south, along the
<br />north -south quarter line of Sec. 22, a distance of 988 feet; thence west,
<br />deflecting 90 degrees to the right, a distance of 1,320 feet, thence south
<br />deflecting 90 degrees to the left, a distance of 330 feet, more or less to
<br />the south line of the north 1/2 of the Northwest 1/4 of Sec. 22; thence
<br />westerly along said south line a distance of 1,320 feet more or less to
<br />the southwest corner of the North 1/2 of the Northwest 1/4 of Sec. 22;
<br />thence northerly, along the west line of Sec. 22, a distance of 1,320
<br />feet more or less, to the northwest corner of Sec. 22; thence easterly
<br />along the north line of Sec. 22, a distance of 2,640 feet more or less to
<br />the point of beginning.
<br />Excepting therefrom the North 1/2 of the North 1/2 of the Northeast 1/4 of
<br />the Northwest 1/4 of Sec. 22, T31N, R21W; and
<br />Excepting therefrom the North 1/2 of the North 1/2 of tahe Northwest 1/4
<br />of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 22, T31N, R21W; and
<br />Also excepting therefrom the North 1/2 of the South 1/2 of the Northeast
<br />1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 22, T31N, R21W. Subject to Homestead
<br />currently owned by William F. Wittman and Patricia K. Wittman, into one 10
<br />acre parcel and one 30 acre parcel; and
<br />WHEREAS, such approval was conditioned on the ten acre parcel being
<br />created by the subdivision, described as:
<br />The South 1/2 of the South 1/2 of the NW 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of Section 22,
<br />T31N, R21W, lying westerly of the following described line: Commencing at
<br />the North 1/4 corner of Section 22, thence South along the North-South
<br />quarter line of Section 22, a distance of 988.0 feet to the point of
<br />beginning, thence West deflecting 90 degrees to the right a distance of
<br />1,320.0 feet; thence South, deflecting 90 degrees to the left, a distance
<br />of 330.50 feet to the South line of the North 1/2 of the NW 1/4 of Section
<br />22.
<br />being combined with the adjacent property currently owned by Robert V.
<br />Fahnhorst and Jill K. Fahnhorst, and to be described as:
<br />That part of the North half of the Northwest 1/4 (N1/2 of NW 1/4) of
<br />Section 22, T31N, R21W, lying southerly of the following described line:
<br />Commencing at the north 1/4 corner of Section 22, thence south, along the
<br />north -south quarter line of Section 22, a distance of 988 feet to the
<br />point of beginning; thence west, deflecting 90 degrees to the right a
<br />distance of 1,320 feet; thence south, deflecting 90 degrees to the left to
<br />the north line of the south 1/2 of the S 1/2 of the NW 1/4 of the NW 1/4
<br />of Section 22, T31N, R21W, thence westerly along said north line to the
<br />west line of the NW 1/4 of Section 22, T31N, R21W, and there terminating.
