• <br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF A MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />HUGO, MINNESOTA <br />HELD: JANUARY 7, 1991 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular <br />meeting of the City Council of the City of Hugo, Washington <br />County, Minnesota, was duly called and held at the City Hall in <br />said City on Monday, the 7th day of January, 1991, at 7:30 <br />o'clock P.M., for the purpose in part of considering bids for, <br />and awarding the sale of, $1,210,000 General Obligation <br />Improvement Bonds of 1991 of the City. <br />The following members were present: Mayor waiter Stoitzman, <br />Council Members: Thomas Jesinski, J. Michael McAllister, Fran Miron, Bernard <br />Brunotte <br />and the following were absent: None <br />The Clerk -Treasurer presented affidavits showing <br />publication of notice of call for bids on $1,210,000 General <br />Obligation Improvement Bonds of 1991 of the City, for which bids <br />were to be received, opened and recorded by the Administrator at <br />3:00 P.M., Central Time, this same day, in accordance with the <br />resolution adopted by the City Council on December 17, 1990. The <br />affidavits were examined, were found to comply with the <br />provisions of Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 475, and were approved <br />and ordered placed on file. <br />The Administrator then presented the following bids <br />received, opened and recorded by the Administrator at 3:00 P.M., <br />Central Time, this same day: <br />11676 <br />See attached bid tabulation <br />
