RESOLUTION 1990-33 <br />RESOLUTION SETTING 1991 SALARIES FOR REGULAR <br />AND PART-TIME EMPLOYEES <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Hugo, <br />Washington County, Minnesota, that the salaries for regular and <br />part-time employees be set for the fiscal year beginning January <br />1, 1991: <br />City Administrator* <br />$ 46,305.00/year <br />City Clerk/Treasurer <br />15.70/hour <br />Deputy Clerk/Secretary <br />11.10/hour <br />Code Enforcement/Building Insp. <br />31,925.00/year <br />Custodian <br />6.50/hour <br />Utilities Superintendent <br />16.00/hour <br />Fire Department Secretary <br />350.00/year <br />Fire Chief <br />1,345.00/year <br />Assistant Chiefs <br />400.00/year <br />Fire Chief and Assistants <br />8.15/hour <br />Firefighters <br />5.90/hour <br />Firefighter (probationary) <br />4.80/hour <br />Firefighters stipend** <br />After five (5) years <br />50.00/year <br />After ten (10) years <br />100.00/year <br />Laborer, part-time <br />6.50/hour <br />Election Judges <br />5.25/hour <br />Road Superintendent <br />525.00/month <br />Compost Site Monitor <br />5.00/hour <br />Finance Director <br />26,000.00/year <br />Intern <br />6.00/ hour <br />*In addition to a $3,000 contribution to an approved deferred <br />compensation plan after January 1, 1991. <br />**Requires attendance at 75: of meetings and drills. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that in lieu of a base salary <br />increase the City Code Enforcement Officer be provided with a <br />$125.00/month automobile allowance and a $10,000 term life <br />insurance policy effective January 1st, 1991. Interns receive a <br />$100.00/month automobile allowance. Reimbursement for use of <br />personal automobile for city business to be fixed at $0.24/mile. <br />Unless otherwise provided, the city shall pay 100% of employee <br />health and dental insurance coverage and 95% of said coverage for <br />dependents of regular full-time employees. <br />
