Ability to effectively communicate, both orally and in writing. <br />TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: <br />1. Any combination equivalent to graduation from college in accounting or <br />business administration or related field, and two years responsible <br />experience in governmental accounting work. <br />
