I IN 4*11 Rita 0I III N %7T.447-1 <br />RESOLUTION CALLING FOR SEALED QUOTATIONS FOR SALE <br />OF EQUIPMENT CERTIFICATES. <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HUGO, WASHINGTON <br />COUNTY, MINNESOTA, That the city treasurer and city administrator be and <br />hereby are authorized to secure sealed quotations for the sale of $60sOOO <br />in equipment certificates of indebtedness for the purchase of equipment in <br />the city's public safety department as per Minnesota Statutes 412.301, and <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED*, That the city treasurer set the date for <br />securing of said quotations based on market conditions that will make <br />interest rates most favorable for the City of Hugo. <br />Upon roll call, the following members voted AYE: Theodora Peltier, Arthur <br />Potts, Robert Olson, Deane Vail, George Atkinson <br />Upon roll call, the following members voted NAY: NONE <br />ADOPTED AND PASSED THIS 19TH DAY OF JANUARY,.1998. <br />I eorgW13ftKin*6nZ Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />lelk <br />oret� X� <br />Mary n Creager. <br />C Clerk <br />
