RESOLUTION 1988-13 <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS FOR 120TH ST. <br />(COUNTY RD. J) PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NUMBER P.I. 88-1. <br />WHEREAS, a resolution of the city council adopted February 16, 1988, <br />fixed a date for a council hearing on the proposed improvement of 120th <br />St. from T.H. Highway 61 to a point approximately 1.06 miles to the east <br />by the improvement of street surfacing and related improvements, and <br />WHEREAS, ten days mailed notice and 2 weeks published notice of the <br />hearing was given and the hearing was held thereon on the 21st day of <br />-March, 1988 at which time all persons desiring to be heard were given an <br />opportunity to be heard thereon, <br />NOW THERFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HU604 <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA: <br />1. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the council <br />resolution adopted December 21, 1987. <br />2. Robert E. Toddie is hereby designated as the engineer for this <br />improvement. He shall prepare plans and specifications for the making of <br />such improvement as directed. <br />3. The total estimated cost of this project is $75,000 of which all <br />or a portion may be assessed. <br />4. This project shall be combined with the Homestead Drive public <br />improvement project 1987-30-0. <br />ADOPTED AND PASSED THIS 21st DAY OF MARCH, 1988. <br />Council Members voting Aye: Peltier, Potts, Olson, Atkinson <br />Council Member voting Nay: None <br />ATTEST. <br />Mary n Creager.
