It 9 <br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF A MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />HUGO, MINNESOTA <br />HELD: MAY 2, 1988 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular <br />meeting of the City Council of the City of Hugo, Washington <br />County, Minnesota, was duly called and held at the Hugo City <br />Hall on Monday, the 2nd day of May, 1988, at 7:00 o'clock <br />P.M., C.T. <br />The following members of the Council were present: <br />Theodora Peltier, Arthur Potts, Robert Olson, Deane Vail, George Atkinson <br />and the following were absent: NOME <br />Councilmember Atkinson introduced the <br />following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1988-15 <br />RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR THE <br />ISSUANCE AND SALE OF <br />$85,000 GENERAL OBLIGATION EQUIPMENT <br />CERTIFICATES OF 1988 <br />AND LEVYING A TAX FOR THE PAYMENT THEREOF <br />(SEE MINUTES OF MAY 21 1988) <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Hugo, <br />Minnesota (the "City"), has heretofore determined and declared <br />that it is necessary and expedient to issue $85,000 General <br />Obligation Equipment Certificates of 1988 of the City, <br />pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapters 412.301, to finance <br />the acquisition of the following capital equipment'for the <br />City (hereinafter referred to as the "Equipment"): <br />
