In the filling of full-time, temporary, part-time <br />and seasonal positions, applicants who are related <br />to City employees or elected officials shall be <br />given equal coi.-isideration and opportunity with <br />non -related applicants except that close relatives <br />shall not be employed in the same or closely <br />related departments of existing supervisory <br />employees. <br />3. This policy shall in no way affeot persons <br />presently employed by the City. <br />N. Coffee Breaks. Coffee breaks or rest periods shall <br />consist of two (2) fifteen -minute periods per day for - <br />al I <br />orall regular full time employees, such times to be <br />determined by the respective department head. ' <br />O. Health Insurance. The City may pay all or a portion of <br />the premium cost for employee and dependent health and <br />dental insurance coverage for City officials aod <br />previously authorized employees. The city shall set <br />the amount of city participation in insurance premiums <br />R nnually, but in no case shall the city's share exceed <br />90% of the premium cost unless otherwise approved by <br />written contract. <br />P. Life Insurance. All regular full time employees may be <br />provided with a paid term life insurance policy at the <br />city's expense. <br />Q. Parking. Employees are encouraged to utilize the <br />public parking areas provided for parking. All efforts <br />should be made to avoid parking in front of City Hall <br />by City employees. <br />R. Additional Regulations. Each department head may <br />prescribe additional rules and regulations for the <br />efficient operation of that department, provided t�ey <br />are not inconsistent herewith. Said rules and <br />regulations shall be approved by the City <br />Administrator. <br />S.
