RESOLUTION 88-21 <br />RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING A PUBLIC HEARING <br />FOR IN8ERSOLL AVENUE NORTH/SUNSET LAKE PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT <br />PROJECT #P.I. 5-2-88(A). <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the Council adopted May 2, 1988, a <br />report has been prepared by Howard Kuusist«x, City Engineer, with reference <br />to the improvement of Ingersoll Avenue North from the centerline of County <br />State Aid Highway #10 north approximately 3700 feet by the improvement of <br />street surfacing, and this report was received by the Council on May 2, <br />1988, <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF HUGO, WASHINGTON <br />COUNTY, MINNESOTA: <br />1. The Council will consider the improvement of such street in accordance <br />with the report and the assessment of abutting property for all or a <br />portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes <br />Chapter 429 at an estimated total cost of the improvement of <br />$55,000.00. <br />2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 6th <br />day of June, 1988, in the Council chambers of the City Hall at 7:05 <br />PM, and the clerk shall give mailed and published notice of such <br />hearing and improvement as required by law. <br />Upon roll call, the following members voted AYE: Peltier, Potts, Olson, <br />Vail, Atkinson <br />Upon roll call, the following members voted NAY: NONE <br />ADOPTED AND PASSED THIS 2ND DAY OF MAY, 1988'.' � <br />rgo',W,ine54h, Mayor <br />Mary rl Creager.
