RESOLUTION 88-23 <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT ON IMPROVEMENT <br />OF ONEKA LAKE BOULEVARD, HARROW AVENUE, 8OODV%EW AVENUE, <br />HOMESTEAD AVENUE, FALCON AVENUE, 130TH STREET, 177TH STREET, <br />AND HYDE AVENUE, PROJECT # <br />WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve Oneka Lake Boulevard from State <br />Aid Highway 61 to 157th Street, and Harrow Avenue from 157th Street north <br />to 165th Street, and Goodview Avenue from County Road 8A to south <br />corporate limits, and Falcon Avenue from 124th Avenue south to 120th <br />Street, and 177th Street from Highway 61 to Greystone Avenue, and 130th <br />Street from State Aid Highway 61 east to Goodview Avenue, and Hyde Avenue <br />from 147th Street south approximately .4 miles, and the 146th Street and <br />147th Street railroad crossings, and Homestead Avenue from 132nd Street <br />North to 147th Street, by the improvement of street surfacing, and to <br />assess the benefitting property for all or a portion of the cost of the <br />improvement, pursuant to Minnesota Statute 429; <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HUGO, <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA: <br />That the proposed improvements be referred to Howard Kuusisto, City <br />Engineer, for study, and that he is instructed to report to the Council <br />with all convenient speed, advising the Council in a preliminary way as to <br />whether the proposed improvement is feasible and to whether it should best <br />be made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement, and the <br />estimated cost of the improvement as recommended. <br />Upon roll call the following members voted AYE: Potts, Olson, Vail, <br />Atkinson <br />Upon roll call the following members voted NAY: Peltier <br />ADOPTED AND PASSED THIS 2ND DAY OF <br />MAY, 1988 <br />
