RESOLUTION 1987-39 <br />A RESOLUTION CALLING HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT FOR <br />HOMESTEAD DRIVE/SUNSET LAKE BITUMINOUS SURFACING <br />PROJECT. <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the Council adopted June 1,1987, <br />a report has been prepared by Howard Kuusisto, City Engineer, with <br />reference to the improvement of Homestead Drive, west of Sunset Lake, <br />between the south line of 130th Street and the north line of 125th <br />Street, and this report was received by the Council on July 6, 1987, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF HUGO, <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA: <br />1. The Council will consider the improvement of such street in <br />accordance with the report and the assessment of abutting property for <br />all or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota <br />Statutes Chapter 429 at an estimated total cost of the improvement of <br />$55,492.00. <br />2. A pubilic hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement <br />on the / day of August, 1987, in the Council chambers of <br />the City Hall at 705 PM, and the Clerk shall give mailed and published <br />notice of such hearing and improvement as required by law. <br />Upon roll call the following members voting aye: <br />Theodora Peltier, Arthur Potts, Robert Olson, Deane Vail, George Atkinson <br />Voting nay: None <br />ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL THIS 6TH DAY OF JULY 1987. <br />Gor ins , Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />Mary A Creager, City 27 k <br />
