RESOLUTION 1986-.19 <br />BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Hugo, Washington <br />County, Minnesota, as follows; <br />(1)" That there is now on hand in and is hereby irrevocably <br />appropriated to the sinking.ufnd for the retirement of principal and <br />interest on SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT BONDS, dated 10/5/85 , <br />the sum of 5269.874.91 . <br />(2) That the County Auditor of Washington county is hereby re- <br />quested and directed to reduce by $28,600.00 the tax levied <br />for collection in the next ensuing year for payment of the said principal <br />and interest -pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Section 476.61. <br />The Motion for the adoption of the above Resolution was made by <br />Schwab . and duly seconded by Potts and upon a <br />vote being taken thereon, the folowing members voted in favor thereof; <br />James Hauer <br />Theodora Peltier <br />Arthur Potts . <br />Charles Schwab <br />and the following vote$ ag ins t e lis <br />NONE <br />WHEREUPON said Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA ) <br />SS. <br />COUNTY OF WASHINGTON ) <br />I the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk of the <br />City of Hugo, Minnesota, DO HEREBY CERTIFY that I have carefully <br />compared the attached and foregoing extract of Minutes of a meeting <br />of the governing body of said municipality, is a full, true, and <br />correct copy of said minutes, insofar as the same relate to the dec- <br />laration of excess funds on hand in the sinking funds for SANITARY <br />SEWER IMPROVEMNT BONDS of 1985 and requesting a reduction in taxes <br />therefor. <br />ADOPTED AND PASSED THIS 6TH DAY OF October $ 1986. <br />v J.
