RESOLUTION 1984-10 <br />. BE IT RESOLVED,. By the City Council of the City of Hugo, Washington <br />County, Minnesota, as follows: <br />(1) That there is now on hand in and is hereby irrevocably appropriated <br />to the sinking fund for the retirment of principal and interest on SANITARY <br />SEWER IMPROVEMENT BONDS, dated 10/5/84, the sum of $3058242.16 <br />(2) That the County Auditor of Washington County is hereby requested <br />and directed to reduce by $ 24.100-00 the tax levied for collection <br />in the next ensueing year for payment of the said principal and interest <br />pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Section 475.61. <br />The motion for the adoption of the above Resolution was made by <br />Peltier and duly seconded by Schwab and upon a vote <br />being taken thereon, the following members voted in favor thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />WHEREUPON said Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />SS. <br />COUNTY OF WASHINGTON <br />I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk of the <br />City of Hugo, Minnesota, DO HEREBY CERTIFY that I have carefully cmpared the <br />attached and foregoing extract of minutes of a meeting of the governing the <br />same is a full, true, and correct copy of said minutes, insofar as the same <br />relate to the declaration of excess funds on hand in the sinking funds for <br />SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT BONDS of 1984 and requesting a reduction in tares <br />therefor. <br />ADOPTED AND PASSED THISAle <br />DAY 1984. <br />272 C <br />J.
