NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council <br />of the City of Hugo, Minnesota as follows: <br />1. This Council has heretofore determined that the <br />petition dated June 20, 1984, from Birchwood Builders, Inc., <br />has been signed by the one hundred percent (100%) owner of <br />the property affected by the Improvements, and that said <br />petition is sufficient as specified in Minnesota Statutes, <br />Sections 429.031, Subd. 3, and 429.035, and said determinations <br />are hereby ratified and confirmed and made anew. <br />2. This Council has heretofore determined that it <br />is advisable, expedient and necessary that said Improvenents <br />be constructed, and that the same be ordered made, and said <br />determination and the ordering of said Improvements are <br />hereby ratified and confirmed and made anew. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolu- <br />tion was duly seconded by member Peltier and <br />after a full discussion thereof, and upon a vote being taken <br />thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Peltier, Atkinson, Schwab, Hauer, McAllister <br />and the following voted against the same: NONE <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed <br />and adopted. <br />ADOPTED AND PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL THIS 17th DAY OF December , 1984. <br />J.
