Williams, Clerk Treasurer (Name and Title of Officer) of the Cit .y of Hugo, 5524 Upper 146th, StrPPt (Corporation Name and Address) be and he/she hereby is authorized to sign a lease for and to rent a Safe Deposit Box in the Vaults of First State Ra.nlr (Bank Name and Address) City of Hugo in the name of this corporation. Said Rental shall be subject to the rules, regulations and procedures of said Bank's Safe Deposit Department.
