RESOLUTION NO. 1979-57 <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE Cit COittbi]. of the City of Hugo , <br />Minnesota, as follows: <br />(1) That there is now on hand in and is hereby irrevocably appropriated <br />to the sinking fund for the retirement of principal and interest on <br />Waterworks Improvement Bonds dated May 1 ,19619 <br />We sum o 63,466.00 . <br />(2) That the County Auditor of Washington County is hereby <br />requested and directed to reduce: -:by �322.50 the taxed levied <br />for collection in the next ensuing year for payment of Me said principal and <br />interest, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Sec. 475.61 <br />The motion for the adoption of the above resolution was dully seconded <br />by member , and upon a vote being taken thereon, <br />the following members voted in favor t ereof: <br />and the follpwing voted against the saipe: <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />SS. <br />COUNTY OF <br />I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk/Treasurer of <br />HUQO , Minnesota, DO HEREBY CERTIFY that I have carefully <br />campared:.-the.attached and foregoing extract of minutes of a meeting of the <br />governing body of the above municipality held on the date therein indicated, <br />and that the same is a full, true and correct copy. of said minutes, insofar as <br />the same..relate.to the declaration of excess funds on hand in the sinking funds <br />for WATERWORKS IMPROVEMENT BONDS of 1961 and requesting a <br />reduc on in taxes thereof. <br />WITNESS My hand officially.(and the official seal) (said municipality <br />having no official seal) this 8th day of October , 1979. <br />SEAL <br />Carol A.
