RESOLUTION NO. 1977-5 <br />A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING FEES FOR THE FILING OF <br />APPLICATIONS FOR THE ISSUANCE OF OPEN BURNING PERMITS <br />AND THE ISSUANCE OF OPEN BURNING PERMITS AND THE <br />RENUMERATION OF THE CITY FIRE REVIEWER. <br />The City Council of the City of Hugo determines that: <br />WHEREAS, Section 110-22 of the Hugo City Code providing <br />for the establishment of fees for the application for the issuance <br />of Open Burning Permits and the issuance of Open Burning Permits; and <br />WHEREAS, Section 110-21, Subd. C provides for establishing <br />the renumeration of the City Fire Reviewer; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br />By the City Council that pursuant to the authorization of Section <br />110-22 of the Hugo City Code that fees shall be established as <br />follows: <br />1. Application Fee - $7.00 <br />2. Issuance Fee - $3.00 <br />The fees herein established shall continue until altered by further <br />resolution of the City Council; <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, by the City Council that pursuant <br />to Section 110-21, Subd. C of the Hugo City Code the Renumeration <br />of the City Fire Reviewer shall be 1009 of the application fee and <br />the issuance fee, as herein defined. <br />ADOPTED AND PASSED THIS 2nd DAY OF MAY, 1977. <br />i <br />ATTEST: <br />a <br />&A49-( <br />CITY CLERK <br />
