RESOLUTION 1977-12 <br />A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING COOPERATION BETWEEN THE <br />CITY OF HUGO AND LINO LAKES IN THE MATTER OF THE <br />OTTER LAKE REGIONAL PARK. <br />Mr. Daniel Spitzer introduced the following Resolution: <br />WHEREAS, the proposed Otter Lake Regional Park affects <br />both communities, and <br />WHEREAS, both communities agree this proposed Regional <br />Park is to be deleted from the respective City system statements, and <br />WHEREAS, information as to scheduled meetings and dis- <br />cussions on this proposed Regional Park has only been forwarded <br />to one community, <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED, The Councils of <br />the cities of Lino Lakes and Hugo have jointly agreed all future <br />meetings or discussions with any other agencies relating to the <br />proposed Otter Lake Regional Park will only be held with desig- <br />nated representatives of both named municipalities in attendance. <br />In the event that representatives of one municipality are unable <br />to appear for a meeting or discussion, the meeting will be can- <br />celled until designated representatives of both municipalities <br />can attend. <br />The City of Hugo concurred unanimously with Councilman Spitzer <br />moving said Resolution.
