CJF OOOB (3 ) <br />RES OLUTION 1977-21 <br />At a (regular) &kI§XK= meeting of the City Council of the City of Hugo , <br />duly held on the 21st day of November 19 77 , the following Resolution was offered <br />by Marvin LaValle , Mayor ; seconded by Daniel Spitzer , <br />Councilman -at -Large ; to wit: <br />WHEREAS the Commissioner of Transportation for the State of Minnesota has caused to be pre- <br />pared: plans, special provisions, and specifications for the improvement of Trunk Highway <br />No. 61 , renumbered as Trunk Highway No. 61 , within the corporate limits of the <br />City of Hugo from the Jct. of T.U. 61 and 165th St. <br />to <br />1600 feet North of 165th Street ;and, <br />WHEREAS said plans are on file in the office of the Department of Transportation, St. Paul, <br />Minnesota; being marked, labeled. and identified as: S.P. 8206-20 <br />and 8206-21, Construction Plan For Wood Screen for Salvage Yard • and <br />WHEREAS said special provisions are on file in the office of the Department of Transportation, <br />St. Paul, Minnesota; being marked, labeled, and identified as: S.P. 8206-20 <br />and 8206-21, Construction Plan for Wood Screen for Salvage Yard -;and <br />which, together with the "Minnesota Department of Highways Standard Specifications for Highway <br />Construction," dated January 1, 1972, as amended by Minnesota Department of Highways Supple- <br />mental Specifications for Highway Construction, dated April 1, 1976, will govern, and which <br />are on file in the office of the Commissioner of Transportation, constitute the specifications <br />for said improvement of Trunk Highway No. 61 , renumbered as Trunk Highway No.61 ; and, <br />WHEREAS copies of said plans and special provisions as so marked, labeled and identified are <br />also on file in the Office of the City Clerk; and, <br />WHEREAS the term, "said plans and special provisions," as hereinafter used in the body of this <br />esolution will be deemed and intended to mean, refer to, and incorporate the plans and special <br />-rovisions in the foregoing recitals particularly identified and described; and, <br />WHEREAS The Commissioner of Transportation desires in the interest of public safety that any <br />and all parking of vehicles, if such parking is permitted within the corporate limits of the <br />City of Hugo , on said Trunk Highway No. 61 <br />
