V <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1975 - 3,960 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof,, a regular meeting of <br />the Cir 001132(,il of the City of Hugo <br />Minnesota, was held at the City of Hugo 2 on Monday the <br />6 _ day of October 1975 . at 7 o'clock P.M., with the follow- <br />ing members present - <br />Lease, LaValle, Leroux and Schletty <br />and the following members absent: <br />Smith <br />Member LaValle introduced the following resolution and moved <br />its adoption: <br />BE IT RESOLVED By the City Council of the City of <br />Hugo Minnesota, as follows: <br />(1) That there is now on hand in and is hereby irrevocably appro- <br />priated to the sinking fund for the retirement of principal <br />and interest on Waterworks Improvement Bond Of 1961 <br />May 1 1901 <br />dated the sum of 68.466.00 <br />(2) That the County Auditor of County <br />is hereby requested and directed to reduceli�y $,-.-6,450.00 the <br />taxes levied for collection in the next ensuing year for payment of the <br />said principal and interest, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Sec. 475.61. <br />The motion for the adoption of the above resolution was duly seconded <br />by member — Leroux _, and upon a vote being taken thereon,, the follow- <br />ing members voted in favor thereof: <br />Lease, LaValle, Leroux and Schletty <br />and the following voted against the same-. <br />I None <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />SS, <br />COUNTY OF Washington <br />I. the undersigned,, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk of <br />City of Hugo Minnesota,,, <br />DO HEREBY CERTIFY that I have carefully compared the attached and fore- <br />going extract of minutes of a meeting of the governing body of the above <br />municipality held on the date therein indicated,, and that the same is a <br />full, true and correct copy of said minutes, insofar as the same relate <br />to the declaration of excess funds on hand in the sinking funds for <br />Waterworks Tmnrovement Bond Bonds of <br />19 61 and requesting a reduction in taxes therefor. <br />WITNESS My hand officially (and the official seal) (said munici- <br />pality having no official seal) this 6 day of October 1975 <br />
