RESOLUTION NO.IV4-7 A RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE CITY OF HUGO COMPREHENSIVE MUNICIPAL PLAN, PROVIDING FOR THE ANNUAL REVTEW THEREOF, AND PROVIDING FOR THE INTE- GRATION OF CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAMMING AND PHYSICAL DEVELOPMENT THEREWITH. The City Council of the City of Hugo determines that: WHEREAS, the City Planning commission has outlined the goals the City of Hugo should set for itself within the foreseeable future; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission after study and review has developed a comprehensive, long term general elan, incorporating therein land use and circulation proposals, standards of population density and distribution, community facility proposals, and supporting maps, diagrams, standards, charts, and descriptive materials to guide the physical development of the City of Hugo; and WHEREAS, the City Council recognizes the need for a plan which will serve as a guide for the Planning Commission and the City departments in making recommendations and conducting more specific studies, will provide a framework within which to develop policy for zoning, subdivision regulation, and renewal, and will provide a source of information and a statement of public policy and goals that will aid the Council and citizens of Hugo in making decisions regarding the proper development of the community; and WHEREAS, the City Council has carefully considered this general -plan and finds that it constitutes a suitable, logical, and timely elan which will advance the community towards the achievement of its goals for development; and WHEREAS, the City Council welcomes the assistance of the Planning Commission in matters of policy relating to the development of the community; now therefore be .it RESOLVED: That the City Council of the City of Hugo hereby approves and adopts the Comprehensive municipal Plan, as developed by the Hugo Planning Commission with the assistance of Design Planning Associates, Inc., at least three copies of which are on file in the Office of the City Clerk for inspection by the public, all subject to the fallowing: 1. All references to the "Village of Hugo" are amended to refer to the City of Hugo, except where reference is made to the "old Village of Hugo";
