9. The third sentence in paragraph "a". on page 22, <br />is amended as follows - "Development in these rural <br />areas of Hugo should be of a large lot variety, for <br />example five (5) acre minimum lot size, it being <br />understood that a larger minimum lot size may be <br />required to implement the plan of maintaining the <br />rural environment."; and <br />10. Paragraph 2, page 33, change "should" to "may". <br />FURTHER RESOL77ED: That in order that the Comprehensive <br />Municipal Plan shall at all times be current with the needs <br />of the City of Hugo and shall renresent the best thinking of <br />the City Council, Planning Commission, and boards, commissions, <br />and departments in the light of changing conditions, the <br />Planning Commission shall annually review the Plan and recom- <br />mend extensions, changes, or additions to the Plan which the <br />Commission considers necessarv. Should the Commission find <br />that no changes are necessary, this finding shall be reported. <br />This review procedure shall be timed so that any proposed <br />amendments to the Comprehensive Municipal Plan shall be re- <br />ported to the City Council for its consideration along with <br />the regular annual report of the Planning Commission. <br />FURTHER RESOLVED: That the City Council shall incorporate all <br />plans, maps, data, charts, improvement proposals, and other <br />materials not originating from the Planning Commission into <br />the Comprehensive *Municipal Plan as it deems necessary and <br />desirable.
