�^ Resolution 1974-19 Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a Regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Hugo y Minnesota, was held at the City Hall , on Monday , the 7th day of October , 1974 , at 7 o'clock P.M., with the follow- ing members present: and the following members absent: Member Leroux introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: BE IT RESOLVED By the City Council of the City of Hugo , Minnesota, as follows: (1) That there is now on hand in and is hereby irrevocably appro- priated to the sinking fund,for the retirement of principal and interest on Waterworks-Impromement Bonds dated May 1, , 19-�, the sum of $' o (2) That the County Auditor of Washington County is hereby requested and directed to reduce by $ 5540.00 the taxes levied for collection in the next ensuing year for payment of the said principal and interest, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Seco 475.61. The motion for the adoption of the above resolution was duly seconded by member Martin , and upon a vote being taken thereon, the follow- ing members voted in favor thereof: LaValle, Leroux, Martin, Smith _.:,. COUNTY OF I. the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk of Hugo , Minnesota, DO HEREBY CERTIFY that I have carefully compared the attached and fore- going extract of minutes of a meeting of the governing body of the above municipality held on the date therein indicated, and that the same is a full, true and correct copy of said minutes, insofar as the same relate to the declaration of excess funds on hand in the sinking funds for Waterworks Improvement Bonds of: 19_6L and requesting a reduction in taxes therefor.
