R E S 0 L U T 1 0 !T v�) / <br />The Village Council of the Village of Hugo determines that: . <br />WHEREAS, the Metropolitan Sewer Board is installing the <br />so-called Forest Lake interceptor through Minneapolis=st. Paul Service <br />Area Plumber 1; and <br />WHEREAS, statements of amounts due were rendered by the <br />MetrD-Politan Sewer Board to the Township of Oneka and the Village of Hugo, <br />in the calendar year 1971 for payments due in 1972, respectively; and <br />WHEREAS, the Township of Oneka has not made payment-, either <br />in whole or in part, on the statement rendered to it, and has appealed the <br />charges imposed as set forth in the letter to the Metropolitan Sewer Board <br />dated December 2, 1971, and signed by Donald Lease, Chairman of the <br />Township Board of Supervisors; and <br />WHEREAS, the Village of Hugo, as it existed in 1971, <br />erroneously paid in full the charges rendered on its statement from general <br />funds; and <br />WHEREAS, the Township of Oneka and the Village of Hugo were <br />consolidated by Order of the Minnesota Municipal Commission during <br />calendar year 1971 into a new single Village of Hugo, encompassing the <br />total areas of the former Township of Oneka and Village of Hugo, said <br />consolidation becoming effective upon election and qualification of its <br />new village officers pursuant to Order dated 13th day of September, 1971, <br />said qualifications being in January of 1972 and <br />VflflsREAS, in the calendar year 1970, the stated policy for <br />determining the charges to be bille(I communities for 1971 included a <br />
