Motion Carried. <br />PUBLIC NOTICE OF WBL SCHOOL LEVY VOTE ON NOVEMBER 6, 2007 <br />WBL School District Board members Lori Swanson and Chris Hiniker were present to outline reasons <br />why voters should approve the operating levy. Motion Carried. <br />APPROVE OF CLAIMS <br />Adoption of the Consent Agenda approved the roster for November 5, 2007 as presented. <br />APPROVE ANNUAL PERFORMANCE REVIEW FOR BUILDING DEPARTMENT <br />RECEPTIONIST EILEEN OTTNEY <br />Eileen Ottney was hired as the City's new building department receptionist on October 19, 2004. Over <br />the past three years, Eileen has worked hard and developed her skills in the areas of building permit <br />applications, scheduling of inspections, and more recently, assisting the PW Director Chris Petree with <br />both the Parks & Recreation Commission agenda packets, and numerous public works department <br />
