MINUTES FOR THE NOVEMBER 15.2007 OPEN HOUSE FOR THE 2008 <br />COMPREHENSIVE PLAN <br />Mayor Fran Miron called the City Council meeting to order at 7:00 pm. <br />COUNCIL PRESENT: Petryk, Puleo, Miron <br />ABSENT: Haas and Granger <br />PLANNING COMMISSIONERS PRESENT: McRoberts, Rosenquist, and Schumann <br />ABSENT: Bailly, Kleissler, Moore and Weidt <br />STAFF PRESENT: City Administrator Mike Ericson, Community Development Director Bryan <br />Bear, Associate Planner Rachel Simone, Community Development Assistant Michele Lindau, and <br />City Planner Kendra Lindahl, City Engineer Jay Kennedy <br />Open House for the 2008 Comprehensive Plan <br />The open house showcased the drafts have been completed for the 2008 Comprehensive Plan <br />and there was a comment sheet for resident feedback. At the open house residents were able <br />to review the draft chapters and maps for the 2008 Comprehensive Plan. There were tables <br />set up for each major section in the plan. Each table had a hand-out with key points for each <br />chapter and maps that will be included in that chapter. <br />Adjournment <br />The open house adjourned at 9:15 p.m. <br />Rachel Simone <br />Associate Planner <br />
