Motion Carried. <br />APPROVAL OF CLAIMS <br />Adoption of the Consent Agenda approved the claims roster for February 6, 2006 as presented. <br />APPROVE HOME OCCUPATION ORDINANCE AMENDMENT <br />At its January 17, 2006 meeting, Council discussed the home occupation ordinance amendment. Mayor <br />Miron opened the public hearing for public comment. After discussion with one resident regarding a <br />business she has in her pole barn, Council tabled action on the ordinance amendment until the February <br />6, 2006 meeting. Staff was directed to make necessary final revisions. Adoption of the Consent Agenda <br />approved adoption of ORDINANCE 2006401 approving the home occupation ordinance amendment. <br />APPROVE PURCHASE OF CIP EQUIPMENT FOR HUGO FIRE DEPARTMENT <br />At its January 19, 2006 goal setting session, Council listened to a presentation from Hugo Fire Chief Jim <br />Compton and Assistant Chief Jadon 011ila whereby they presented the proposed purchase of two <br />vehicles through the City's 2006-2010 capital improvements program.
