MINUTES FOR THE HUGO CITY COUNCIL MEETING OF JANUARY 3, 2005 <br />Mayor Fran Miron called the meeting to order at 7:10 pm. <br />PRESENT: Haas, Petryk, Puleo, Miron <br />City Administrator Michael Ericson; CD Director Bryan Bear; City Attorney Dave Snyder; City <br />Engineer Jay Kennedy; Fire Chief Jim Compton; and City Clerk Mary Ann Creager <br />ABSENT: Mike Granger <br />OATH OF OFFICE <br />Re-elected in November 2004, Mayor Miron and Council member Puleo read their oaths of office and <br />were sworn in by City Clerk Mary Ann Creager. Council member Granger will be sworn in at a later <br />date. <br />MINUTES FOR CITY COUNCIL MEETING OF DECEMBER 20.2004 <br />Petryk made motion, Puleo seconded, to approve the minutes for the City Council meeting of December <br />20, 2004 as presented. <br />VOTING AYE: Petryk, Puleo, Miron <br />ABSTAINED: Haas <br />Motion Carried. <br />APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br />Miron made motion, Haas seconded, Haas seconded, to approve the agenda for January 3, 2005 as <br />submitted. <br />All aye.
