MINUTES FOR THE JOINT COUNCIL/PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING OF <br />JULY 18, 2005 <br />Mayor Fran Miron called the joint meeting to order at 6:11 pm. <br />PC Chair Dave Schumann called the PC meeting to order at 6:11 pm. <br />COUNCIL PRESENT: Granger, Haas, Petryk, Puleo, Miron <br />City Administrator Mike Ericson; CD Director Bryan Bear; and Carolyn Krall from <br />Landform <br />PC PRESENT: Hoftbeck, Rosenquist, Weidt, Schumann, McRoberts, Bailly and Kleissler <br />DISCUSSION OF DOWNTOWN DESIGN STANDARDS <br />Carolyn Krall from Landform reviewed with the Hugo City Council and Planning <br />Commission the latest draft of the Downtown Design Standards. Council members and <br />Planning Commissioners reviewed the 20 -page document, page -by -page, offering <br />suggestions and revisions. <br />After this was completed, CD Director Bryan Bear stated that the PC will review the final <br />draft at its next meeting and make a recommendation to Council. <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />Haas made motion, Puleo seconded, to adjourn at 7:00 pm. <br />All aye.
