Adoption of the Consent Agenda approved the 2003 fee schedule for the City Engineer as presented. APPROVAL OF 2003 FEE SCHEDULE FOR WATER RESOURCE ENGINEER Water Resource Engineer Pete Willenbring from WSB Engineers has presented the 2003 fee schedule for consideration by Council. Adoption of the Consent Agenda approved the 2003 fee schedule for the City Attorney as presented ACCEPT DONATION FROM DEAD BROKE SADDLE CLUB TO HUGO FD The Dead Broke Saddle Club has made a $2,000 donation to the Hugo FD in appreciation for the fine work and service provided to the residents of Hugo. Adoption of the Consent Agenda accepted the $2,000 from the Dead Broke Saddle Club and Mayor Fran Miron publicly thanked them for their contribution to the community. APPROVE VARIANCE REQUEST FOR CONSTRUCTION OF AN ACCESSORY BUILDING (MALONEY) Joe Maloney is requesting approval of a 20 -foot side yard setback where 40 feet is required for construction of a 1,440 square foot accessory building located at 17270 Henna Avenue North. On January 9, 2003, the Board of Adjustments reviewed the variance and recommended approval by a unanimous vote. In review of the variance, the Board found hardships in the location of the home, drainage way, and other site improvements. Adoption of the Consent Agenda approved the variance request of Joe Maloney, as recommended by the Board.
