City Council meeting of January 21, 2003 <br />Page 2 <br />APPROVAL OF CLAIMS <br />Adoption of the Consent Agenda .approved the claims roster for January 21, 2003 as presented. <br />APPROVAL OF 2003 FEE SCHEDULE FOR CITY ENGINEER <br />City Engineer Dave Mitchell from SEH Engineers has presented the 2003 fee schedule for consideration <br />by Council. Adoption of the Consent Agenda approved the 2003 fee schedule for the City Engineer as <br />presented. <br />APPROVAL OF 2003 FEE SCHEDULE FOR WATER RESOURCE ENGINEER <br />Water Resource Engineer Pete Willenbring from WSB Engineers has presented the 2003 fee schedule <br />for consideration by Council. Adoption of the Consent Agenda approved the 2003 fee schedule for the <br />Water Resource Engineer as presented. <br />APPROVAL OF 2003 FEE SCHEDULE FOR CITY PLANNING <br />City Planner Kendra Lindahl from Landform has presented the 2003 fee schedule for consideration by <br />Council. Adoption of the Consent Agenda approved the 2003 fee schedule for the City Planner as <br />presented <br />APPROVAL OF 2003 FEE SCHEDULE FOR CITY AT'T'ORNEY <br />City Attorney Dave Snyder of Eckberg Lammers Vierling has presented the 2003 fee schedule for <br />consideration by Council. Adoption of the Consent Agenda approved the 2003 fee schedule for the City <br />Attorney as presented <br />ACCEPT DONATION FROM DEAD BROKE SADDLE CLUB TO HUGO FD <br />The Dead Broke Saddle Club has made a $2,000 donation to the Hugo FD in appreciation for the fine <br />work and service provided to the residents of Hugo. Adoption of the Consent Agenda accepted the <br />$2,000 from the Dead Broke Saddle Club and Mayor Fran Miron publicly thanked them for their <br />contribution to the community. <br />APPROVE VARIANCE REQUEST FOR CONSTRUCTION OF AN ACCESSORY BUILDING <br />(MALONEY) <br />Joe Maloney is requesting approval of a 20 -foot side yard setback where 40 feet is required for <br />construction of a 1,440 square foot accessory building located at 17270 Henna Avenue North. On <br />January 9, 2003, the Board of Adjustments reviewed the variance and recommended approval by a <br />unanimous vote. In review of the variance, the Board found hardships in the location of the home, <br />drainage way, and other site improvements. Adoption of the Consent Agenda approved the variance <br />request of Joe Maloney, as recommended by the Board. <br />
