Adoption of the Consent Agenda approved the 2003 fee schedule for the City <br />Attorney as presented <br />ACCEPT DONATION FROM DEAD BROKE SADDLE CLUB TO HUGO FD <br />The Dead Broke Saddle Club has made a $2,000 donation to the Hugo FD in appreciation for the fine <br />work and service provided to the residents of Hugo. Adoption of the Consent Agenda accepted the <br />$2,000 from the Dead Broke Saddle Club and Mayor Fran Miron publicly thanked them for their <br />contribution to the community. <br />APPROVE VARIANCE REQUEST FOR CONSTRUCTION OF AN ACCESSORY BUILDING <br />(MALONEY) <br />Joe Maloney is requesting approval of a 20 -foot side yard setback where 40 feet is required for <br />construction of a 1,440 square foot accessory building located at 17270 Henna Avenue North. On <br />January 9, 2003, the Board of Adjustments reviewed the variance and recommended approval by a <br />unanimous vote. In review of the variance, the Board found hardships in the location of the home, <br />drainage way, and other site improvements. Adoption of the Consent Agenda approved the variance <br />request of Joe Maloney, as recommended by the Board. <br />
