Motion Carried. <br />CITY ENGINEER LEGISLATIVE UPDATE <br />City Engineer Dave Mitchell updated the Council on various programs available where the City might <br />obtain funding for projects. Councilman Haas suggested Dave provide a glossary of programs for the <br />Council <br />LETTER OF SYMPATHY <br />Miron made motion, Haas seconded, directing staff to send a sympathy card to U.S. Congressman Bill <br />Luther for the recent loss of his wife State Representative Darlene Luther. <br />All aye.
