RESOLUTION NO. lfk6-' �-E <br />A RESOLUTION SETTING THE DRIVEWAY PERMIT FEE AT,, <br />AND ESTABLISHING THAT A SECURITY GUARANTEE BE REQUIRED, <br />UPON ADVICE FROM THE CITY ENGINEER OR BUILDING INSPECTOR, <br />FOR ANY DAMAGE TO CITY STREETS CAUSED BY WORK PERFORMED <br />UNDER SAID PERMIT FOR DRIVEWAY CONSTRUCTION. THE AMOUNT <br />OF SECURITY DEPOSIT OR GUARANTEE TO BE SPECIFIED IN THE <br />SPECIAL PROVISIONS OF THE PERMIT. <br />BE IT RESOLVED That the City Council of the City of Hugo, <br />Washington County, Minnesota, established the Driveway Permit Fee <br />at $ 95 -nn , and established that a Security Deposit <br />or Guarantee in the form of a letter of credit, cash, cashiers check, <br />or certified check, or such other form of security as may be approved <br />by the City be furnished in favor of the City of Hugo, upon the advice <br />of the City Engineer or Building Inspector, to compensate the City <br />for any expense incurred by the City in repairing any damage to any <br />portion of the City streets or right—of—way caused by work performed <br />under the permit for driveway construction.
