MUMS FOR THE SPECIAL ASSESSMENT LITIGATION CLOSED SESSION OF <br />JUNE 30.1999. <br />PRESENT: Barns, Haas, Leroux, Petryk, Stoltzman <br />City Administrator, Robert Museus <br />City Legal Representative, Paul Haik <br />Mr. Haik provided the Council an overview of potential regulatory factors which will impact future <br />City planning, including Federal Clean Water Regulations and the latest State Regulations on the <br />preparation of storm water management plans. Mr. Haik informed the Council that the City's <br />mediation efforts with the Watershed District, DNR, and the Board of Soil and Water Resources <br />should include objectives to place the City in as good of a position as possible to implement these <br />new regulations along Judicial Ditch #2. <br />At approximately 9:40 PM, Stoltzman made motion, Haas seconded, to return to open session. <br />All ayes.
