MINUTES FOR THE HUGO CITY COUNCIL MEETING OF JUNE 15, 1998 The meeting was called to order by Mayor Fran Moon at 7:OOPM. PRESENT: Arcand, Barnes, Goiffon, Miron City Administrator, Robert Museus City Attorney, Greg Galler City Engineer, Tom Angus City Clerk, Mary Ann Creager ABSENT: James Leroux ADDITIONS TO AGENDA MCES Agreement (Dump Station) Purchase of Roy Molitor Property Beaver Ponds Improvement Cost Minutes for the Council meeting of June 12, 1998 Goiffon made motion, Barnes seconded, to approve the following Consent Agenda: City Council meeting of June 1, 1998 General Claims for June 15, 1998 Mining Permit Renewal (Atkinson) Fenway Avenue Street Light Contract Bueno Property Appraisal Agreement Clearwater Creek Road Access Final Payment (Flay Avenue) All aye. Motion Carried. MINING PERMIT RENEWAL (ATKINSON) Dean and Ruby Atkinson, 13452 Goodview Avenue, requested a renewal of their permit to mine sand and gravel on their property described as the SW 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of Section 23, T31N, R21 W, being adjacent to 147th Street and Irish Avenue. This Mining Permit was last renewed in July, 1996. Adoption of the Consent Agenda approved issuing the Mining Permit under the same terms and conditions as that issued in July, 1996. Such Permit to be valid until July 1, 2000. FENWAY AVENUE STREET LIGHT CONTRACT The Council considered a proposed contract between the City of Hugo and NSP for the installation and maintenance of 70 street lights along the proposed Fenway Blvd., as well as four street lights to be located in the parking lot of the new fire station. Adoption of the Consent Agenda approved the contract subject to the City entering into an Agreement for the construction of Fenway Blvd. BUENO PROPERTY APPRAISAL AGREEMENT Based on prior Council direction, the City Attorney prepared an Agreement, between the City of Hugo
